Package your items securely using original packaging if possible, and include the RA number

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after processing.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us first to ensure the item you want is in stock.

We'll process the exchange once we receive your returned item. Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.

We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
